We were all at Markeaton this week, where the top story is Georgia Mai-Wlaker’s PB of 27:11. Not only was this Georgia’s best time at Markeaton, it was a lifetime 5km PB for her – well done, Georgia! Mark Crawshaw’s 20:15 was pretty sharp too as Mark’s fitness remains very good. Seb Hardy opened up his parkrun account with 23:01, a time that we predict will come tumbling down in the weeks to come. James (24:35) and Jo Watson cycled to the race before both putting in very respectable performances on a humid morning, whilst John Potter (19:48) pushed daughter, Jennifer, round in the buggy. Missing from the blurry (sorry!) photo, a very muscular and toned Adam Leighton took it easy this week with 29:39.
