Stacy Newton (20:07) and Mark Crawshaw (20:30) kicked off a merry Christmas with these two fast 5kms at Bakewell. On the road, John Potter (pictured) was shown a master class in running by 1st and 2nd places at the Walmer and Deal Seafront parkrun in Kent, the winning time being 16:08! However, John’s hard fought 18:18 was enough (just!) for 3rd place.
