Tanya Rountree’s sprint finish at Markeaton
Two Wirksworth members at Markeaton this week. Adam Leighton put in a solid 25:02 whilst Tanya Rountree was pleased to duck under the 30-min mark with 29:58.
Dave Spencer is training for the Wilne 10km
Dave Spencer snuck into the top 10 at Poolsbrook with an impressive 20:22. Dave has his eye on the Wilne 10km in September and his training is going well.
Laura Jones looking strong at Heartlands
Brian Clements (26:21) was at Crystal Palace again, improving on his time from last week.
John Potter (18:43) and Laura Jones (30:03) were down in Cornwall at the Heartlands parkrun, both improving on their previous times there. Laura has been training for the Limsetone Way Trail run in October.
