We start this week’s report on the road because Stef Brassington (pictured at the Belper relays earlier this year) picked up her second parkrun victory in as many parkruns on Saturday, at the Milford Waterfront parkrun. Stef ran round in 22:38, just in front of hubby David Brassington (23:00), who was pushing their daughter, Allana, round in the buggy. Well done both!
Closer to home, Charlotte Allen was at Shipley this week and comfortably went under 45 minutes, in 42:31. Meanwhile, Dave Spencer continued his purple patch, at Long Eaton, recording a sub-20 by a whisker (19:38). Mark Crawshaw was with him all the way, hitting 20:00 on the nose.
