Kinder Downfall 26 April 2015

Muddy Feet Goyt Valley 19 April 2015
Great weather for the off road run in the Goyt Valley on Saturday. There were two runs, of 5 miles or 10.5 miles around this beautiful hilly valley. Good breakfasts and plentiful tea and cake at Peak View Tearoom after.

The result from the recent 5k was as follows:- 32nd John Birch 19.41; 66 runners.
BDL X-Country success.
Further evidence of the improvement of WRC in the BDL is the three podium finishes in the final standings of the x-c league. Elaine Stone was 1st FV45; Paul Christmas joint 1st in the MV45 category, while John Birch managed 2nd in the MV55 cohort!
