The long wait for a proper race was finally over this morning for Dave Spencer (pictured) and John Potter, as they took part in the Darley Moor Super Sprint Duathlon. This involved a 2.4km run, a 9km bike, and another 2.4km run. Both Dave and John won their age groups and were pleased to finish 13th and 4th overall repsectively.
