Sunday BDL commitments meant that only a couple of WRC members made it to the parkrun start line this week, both of them at Bakewell. Mark Crawshaw was nowhere near full throttle yet still clocked 20:28. John Potter pushed his daughter, Jennifer, out and back in 19:24, a buggy PB.
